Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time

For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.
