What matters to us at Teufel. Good values sound better.
Dear Customers, Teufel Fans, and Others, We usually focus on what we do best: Making high-quality speakers and headphones with powerful sound for music lovers from all over the world.
However, it is not only our love of good sound that shapes our actions. At this point, we would like to familiarise you with our principles, for which the brand stands and which are lived by all Teufel employees on a daily basis - on both a large and small scale:
Like our home city of Berlin, we have stood for openness, tolerance and cultural diversity for over 40 years.
The Teufel family is colourful. This sets new impulses and strengthens the creative processes in our team. Our attitude to diversity is not an empty phrase, but an important part of our corporate culture. To set an important example, we have therefore signed the Diversity Charter.
We say no to propaganda, incitement, insults and discrimination and reject them in all clarity. We stand for the courage to go one's own way and to live out one's own individuality. We do not support any parties, political groups or ideologies. Nevertheless, we have no influence on who buys our products and for what purpose they are used. It is also not legally possible to prohibit the use of our products.
The sound makes the music
Whether in the digital space, in exchanges with colleagues or in the area of external communication, in the world of Teufel we treat each other with respect and see each other as equals. As a free-spirited company, we stand for freedom of opinion and welcome lively exchanges on our social channels, as this enables us to respond to your wishes and constantly optimise our offering. However, if netiquette is not adhered to, the editorial team reserves the right to delete contributions or block users.
We would like to thank you for your trust in the Teufel brand and the sound from Berlin.
I also agree that Teufel may use my behaviour in the newsletter (e.g. opening the emails, clicking on links) and on Teufel's website (e.g. product views, items purchased) to tailor the advertising offers in the newsletter to me individually and to create a personal profile for my email address. Teufel uses software from Emarsys eMarketing Systems GmbH (Märzstr. 1, A-1150 Vienna) for this data processing (the dispatch, personalisation and analysis of my behaviour in the newsletter). I also consent to Teufel combining the data on my behaviour and my settings in the newsletter with the data from Teufel's merchandise management system to optimise newsletter management in a software solution from Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) and evaluating it therein. My personal data is processed in pseudonymised form only for the purpose of comparison; the evaluations in the software solution are otherwise carried out on the basis of anonymous data and statistics so that Teufel can no longer draw any conclusions about me as a person in Microsoft software. This includes, for example, automated analyses of the surfing and purchasing behaviour of newsletter subscribers, which also include (tracking) data from other service providers (e.g. Mapp Intelligence) on an anonymous basis.
The data processing is based on my consent according to Art. 6 paras. 1 lit. a DSGVO. I can revoke my consent at any time with effect for the future: directly in the newsletter or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The processing of the data takes place in the territory of the European Union and/or the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and, where applicable, the USA.
Further information on data processing can be found in Teufel's data protection declaration at https://teufelaudio.com/privacy-notice.
