Product description
The ULTIMA series is the result of over 40 years of experience designing speakers. It stands for extremely good sound at a reasonable price like no other speaker. With premium-class technologies, it reproduces balanced sound with Teufel’s classic punchy bass.
One special feature of the ULTIMA is that it still sounds big even for quiet background music. The ULTIMA series means that you get to experience music, games and TV audio the way they are supposed to sound regardless of volume.
Check out the ULTIMA from every angle
Our laboratories and anechoic chambers are still where we engineered the current ULTIMA Mk4 Series. We gave the design a facelift and made it look a little nicer – it is now more timeless and modern than ever. We also incorporated tons of customer feedback.
The front, which now features a very purist design, has also hidden the cover mounts better. The covers themselves look more elegant and feel similar to a high-quality textile, which makes them easier to fit into any living room.
The popular complete stereo system ULTIMA 40 KOMBO 3 is even more versatile when combined with the DUAL DT 250 USB record player. All in, this set can play CDs, digital radio, vinyls, and stream via Bluetooth. Save money when you buy as a bundle.

Score: 4/5
The Teufel KOMBO 62 CD receiver offers an accessible combination of features and performance. Whether you want to play CDs, listen to the radio via FM, DAB+ or the internet, or stream music via Bluetooth or Spotify, this receiver handles it all more than well. The sound is clear and powerful, and the connectivity options make it an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy music while also improving the quality of their TV audio.
"...sets a new benchmark for all-in-one devices in the €600 class."
“In our sound evaluation, the Teufel KOMBO 62 CD receiver surprised us with its powerful and confident sound, which we did not expect at a purchase price of €599. The Teufel device was able to showcase our Canton Vento 90 speakers to great effect. Even at higher volume levels, it delivered excellent separation, combined with a hard-hitting and precise punch. It is likely to be difficult to find a better-sounding and higher-quality all-in-one solution at the current price of the Teufel KOMBO 62.”
"Modern Classic"
The Teufel KOMBO 62 CD receiver is a device with a wide range of features. It allows you to play CDs and listen to FM or DAB radio, making it a convenient device for the living room or study. You can also use the KOMBO to play your TV’s audio, although it is not suitable for surround sound.
It also supports modern audio formats. You can stream via Bluetooth or Spotify Connect. Unfortunately, AirPlay and Google Cast are missing. Combined with the Ultima 40 speakers, it delivers a highly dynamic sound.
"...a versatile all-rounder ..."
“With its support for virtually any source, the KOMBO 62 Mk2 is a versatile all-rounder that should cover all your living room audio needs for years to come.
