Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time
You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

Climate neutral shipping with Teufel
We are now compensating for the CO₂ emissions caused by shipping our products from China to Germany in cooperation with the non-profit organisation Atmosfair. With every order placed by our customers, we donate a certain amount to climate protection projects that help save CO₂. As a result, our emissions are offset by their savings. AAC

AAC is now a widely used Bluetooth codec, similar to Qualcomm's apt-X, which provides CD-like wireless audio transmission, as long as both transmitter and receiver support the codec. AAC is supported by Android but mainly by iOS devices.

Qualcomm aptX

Bluetooth guarantees a wireless connection with minimal power consumption. Video sound is transmitted in-sync with on-screen images. The aptX codec offers almost CD quality. AptX does not currently work on iOS systems.

Teufel Headphones App

You can download the Teufel Headphones App for free with the SUPREME ON. With it, you can create an individual sound image via the infinitely adjustable and permanently storable equaliser. Look forward to future updates.
